SEPTEMBER SPIRITUAL SUPPLEMENT DAY 3
Read 2 Timothy 2:1-4

My friend bought a very expensive rubber ponytail since her hair is too much to handle by a little one. In every day she always used it and until the time came in when her ponytail was stretched too much that results to a broken ponytail. Even the most expensive thing can't handle her need. It's so frustrating to see our life like a broken ponytail, waking every morning trying to fix our life in a pile of mess and so stress out on carrying tons of problems in all aspects of our lives. Seeing our hopeless life believing that there is no reason to live for, too down of organizing our life and being out of the rhythm on our musical life. We shouldn't lose heart because there is HOPE, for us it seems to impossible to continue living our life having our problems in life. We are not the only person who has the same problem as you have. We all undergo through same difficulties in life. If you will only learn to Trust the Lord and know that He has an answer for our doubtful heart.
Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken. Psalm 55:22 NIV
If we let our heart to be eaten by the things that makes us weak it'll be hard for us deal more with our problems. Our faith needs to be like this rubber ponytail we always face trials and carry the worst challenge in our life even if it seems too much to carry. God always look us in every action that we take and this is to prove that our FAITH is stro ng enough, we are tested on how far we can trust and lean on Him alone. There are people who are not firm enough to face trials, they can easily carried by the temptation and be discourage by everything that is against the current. However, the Lord do not foster frustrations in our life but encourage us that through Him we can overcome the distress and claim victory. Similar with the life of Timothy who was being held into temptation, we are also prone with it. His words will set a reminder for us and help us to endure every piece of challenges, prayer is also a powerful weapon to fought temptation. Like an elastic ponytail our Faith needs to be stretched out in times of trials so God will clearly see us growing in Him that through TRUST and FAITH alone will only make us firm.
Christianity doesn’t always mean blessing through good things, but it is a blessings through victories we claim in every challenges we overcome.
Victory is sure for those who endure.
